Easy to submit, quick turnaround

The process for submitting a claim is as simple as uploading the veterinarian's write up from the appointment along with the invoice. I received email correspondence to confirm the claim was received and within 5 days the refund payment was confirmed and deposited to my bank account. I appreciate the communication and the timeliness.
