Great and quick service

We have been truly happy with the service at MetLife Pet Insurance. It’s very easy to upload all the required documents, and the response time is quick. Once our deductible is met, the claim payment is promptly deposited directly into our account. The entire process has been smooth and hassle-free.

Cheaper and more coverage than my current provider

Process was easy to complete. There is a restriction o only 3 pets per policy, I did not see that readily available to the customer and had to ask in Chat function about it.

Grateful for a one stop shop option
