Emergency care didn't break my family

Metlife made getting my pup the care she needed much more affordable. Thanks to it, my family didn't suffer catastrophic financial hardship when our GSD needed emergency veterinary care. Thank you to White Oak Animal Hospital, Virginia Veterinary Centers-Fredericksburg, and Metlife.

Bunch of scammers..

Bunch of scammers... I emailed them last month to cancel the insurance for my dog.I decided to pay out of pocket Because I have not been using this.They would not cancel it.. I call today because I got notification that I'm billed again.And they canceled it as of today, but would not backdate it to when I requested it with an email a month ago. They even looked it up and saw that I emailed a month ago to cancel it but would not give me the credit..pricks.
