I am so impressed with MetLife Pet Insurance - they came through for me
I am so impressed with MetLife Pet Insurance. They not only made submitting a claim very easy but the turnaround time was fast. They covered my dog's ACL surgery even after his other leg had ACL surgery before I got MetLife. I had asked three times if it would be covered and not considered pre-existing and I was assured it would be. When it was time to put in claim I was worried they would "back out" and not stand up to what I was told three times that it would be covered. But low and behold they were a company of their word and did exactly what they said they would do. I would highly recommend them.
