Filing claims via the MetLife app on my phone is fast and convenient. The Vet chat is also great when you have general concerns and want a second opinion with your pets symptoms. I have called customer service with plan changes and everything was taken care of.

Review time takes too long
Review time takes too long. Also the annual premium raised from $189 to $270, that is a huge increase.
