I gave a five star rating only because my Garfield is now going on 11 years old and I have had this insurance since he was 10. Weeks old and have not used it yet. So I’m hoping not to need it for a long time.

Just about every time I send a claim

Just about every time I send a claim, Metlife responds by saying "not enough info, need dr's notes etc". I send them everything my nvet gives me... including the dr's notes and itemized invoices! I have my cat insured under another company and I never have these problems with them.

This has gotten so insanely expensive…

This has gotten so insanely expensive for monthly premiums (3 dogs) that I am not so sure it is worth $400+ per month any longer. Just greed & ridiculous costs.
