MetLife Pet has been great so far!
MetLife Pet has been great so far. Customer service has been friendly and helpful. The coverages meet my needs at reasonable cost. Submitting claims is straightforward on their app. The only minor issue has been slow claim review/approvals in the past though the last few have been approved quickly so maybe they’ve added staffing. Either way once they approve payment is issued right away which is really great and makes the longer review time not as concerning. Thank you!
