Knowing that Addi was always covered…

Knowing that Addi was always covered made me feel I could trust that she would be taken care of the way I wanted. All her medications and tests were covered minus the deductible. But the reassurance I felt knowing that she had this coverage helped me make decisions easier .

I have not had any negative experience with my claims. I submit them online and have the payment in my account within 2 weeks.

Reimbursement is taking way to long

Reimbursement is taking way to long to process over the last year. 5-7 business days has turned into a few weeks or like my last submission, a month. If I'm late with my payment, I would get cancelled. Why is it ok for my reimbursement to take so long
