So happy with Met Life they have been there every time we have needed them. Sadly, that has been quite a lot. We have had a few challenges along the way but working it out with some great help for their customer services reps.

MetLife has been excellent standing behind their policy and covering claims for my pet dog. The service to file a claim is a simple process and reimbursement is performed in an efficient manner. I would definitely recommend any new pet owners to get pet insurance through MetLife right away when you bring your fury friend home for the first time. Met life has exceeded my expectations!

Good customer service. Initially had some miscommunication that was frustrating, but I called the help line and they quickly got me taken care of. I appreciated the help and speed of response.
