Met Life poor claims processing
I rarely submit a claim... but when I do... I expect it to be processed and communicated efficiently, if they need any additional info. Over 12 days and no communication. Had to sign in to see they are asking for exact invoice I sent them in the very first claim submission. Submitted an email through contact and no reply. Premiums and any billing are super punctual in contrary. I'd think twice about relying on Metlife to care about you, your pet, or any concern you have.

Met Life Pt Insurance was recommended to me by the first vet I took my puppy, just gotten her out of the shelter. TWO + YEARS AGO.. I am the luckiest pet owner who decided to get Met Life Pt Insurance for my Luna. Keep recommending it to all my friends.
