Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

I have used Healthy Paws Insurance for both my dogs for almost 4 years. They are the best insurance because they offer the most coverage, allow flexibility in your deductible options, and cover issues faster than other insurances. Both of our dogs have had the unfortunate experience of requiring surgery (knee and back) over the last two years. Both times Healthy Paws customer service was great. As promised, all items were covered per their policy. I didn't have to worry about what was covered or not, because I knew Healthy Paws would do their due diligence. Not only did they complete the claims in a timely manner, but they also followed up to see how my pups were doing. They honestly care about their clients and this is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Healthy Paws when compared to all other pet insurance!

I was skeptical of pet insurance but have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of Healthy Paws' customer service and ease in filing claims for my border collie. The customer service representatives whom I've contacted by phone have answered my questions clearly and patiently and with good cheer, and I've appreciated the follow-up emails asking how my dog was doing post operation. Filing a claim once you log in takes a minute or less (download the invoice you receive from your vet) and Healthy Paws notifies you via email of the claim's progress through their system. The process is clean and simple. If I had one request, it would be to reduce the monthly premiums, but Healthy Paws' prices are similar to a number of other carriers, and I'd rather pay for the quality than save a few dollars. I tend to be a tough grader, but Healthy Paws deserves top scores. The policy for my dog has provided excellent value.

Healthy paws was able to jump in and pay fur my fur baby’s knee surgery and send a direct payment to the vet right away so I wouldn’t have to come up with the cash and be reimbursed! Thank goodness because it was a major surgery and it was stressful enough without worrying about money! Thank you Healthy Paws!
