Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

I've had Healthy Paws for just over a year now, and just recently had to make two claims. The claim process was quick and easy, and both my claims were approved in a short amount of time and reimbursement sent out. It was such a life saver with the large vet bills I had accumulate in just a month! I'd also reached out to customer service a few other times in the past, and they were always very helpful and quick to respond. They even followed up after both claims, to make sure my pup was doing well. I recommend Healthy Paws to anyone with an accident or trouble prone pet like my guy!

Healthy Paws is an excellent insurance company to deal with. They process claims and reimburse extremely quickly. We had one claim over $10K. They contacted the vet for the needed information and reimbursed us within a week. They do not have max payouts, which speaks volumes. I would highly recommend Healthy Paws to any pet owner.

Our 8 yr old Abby has Healthy Paws Ins for 7 years. In this amount of time we have had several emergency visits & just this year alone 3 cancer surgeries by an oncologist specialist that we chose. They even covered her ecollar & meds. After submitting our claims which is done so easy on their website, we were reimbursed in just a few days. She's covered for her lifetime which I hope is years!

Our 8 year old Golden Retriever has been covered by Healthy Paws Ins most of her life. Like any puppy we had several emergency visits to our vet and most recently 3 cancer surgeries by an oncologist of our choice. We have never had a problem submitting claims which is unbelievably easy and reimbursement is completed in just a couple of days. We are so thankful for their service & veterinarian cost lately really seem to be on the rise, they even covered her meds & e-collar. I really cant say enough on how great they are.

First and foremost, I absolutely love that I chose Healthy Paws to protect my 2 kitty babies, Miko & Milyy. My baby boy Miko fractured his forelimb & I was hit with an outrageous amount to fix him up that I just could not afford right at that moment. My vet clinic, All About Cats Veterinary Hospital, was so kind & helpful to help care for Miko while I looked for someone who can do the surgery and they also recommended 3 places and the last one was who I went with.(I totally recommend this clinic for anyone with cats, as well as the Veterinarian who did Miko's surgery, but my experience with them is another story😁) However, when I reached out to Healthy Paws and told them that I needed help with the upfront cost (and after sending all of Miko's medical records), they approved to pay 90% (which is on my policy for the reimbursement) while I paid the remaining 10%. I am soo soo sooooo thankful for them! I don't know how I would have been able to pay for my baby Miko's surgery if it was not for them! Words cannot describe how thankful I am for Healthy Paws ❤ They were also so kind enough to check up on Miko... & Haley (who helped me through it) even took time out of her day and busy schedule to personally write me & Miko a postcard. They are kind, amazing & so caring and you can tell how genuine they are about caring & helping you & your pet(s).❤❤❤ I will recommend every single person I know that has a furbaby of their own to choose Healthy Paws because of what they were able to do for me during a time I needed them most.
