I highly recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. You will not find better coverage, better customer service, easter claims processes, or better reimbursement rates. I am so grateful for Healthy Paws. It recently paid off by saving my little girl's life!! It made all the difference in accessing the best treatment and therapy for my little girl, knowing I had Healthy Paws behind me. I could NOT have gotten through the difficult and worrisome time without knowing we had the financial security and support behind us! It is wonderful to know that Healthy Paws knows just how important our four-legged family members are to the family unit, and just how much they mean to us. Thank you Healthy Paws for existing! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. DO NOT USE. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 4 YEARS AND RECENTLY FILED A CLAIM FOR MY 16YR OLD DOG. EVERY DAY AFTER SUBMITTING A CLAIM I RECEIVED AN EMAIL INDICATING THEY NEED MY DOGS ENTIRE MEDICAL HISTORY. NUMEROUS TIMES THEY HAVE BEEN SENT HIS 16 YEAR MEDICAL HISTORY - 60 DIFFERENT PDF'S AND THEY REFUSE TO PROCESS MY CLAIM INDICATING THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE RECORDS. I HAVE HAD PHONE CONVERSATIONS SAYING THEY HAVE THE RECORDS. I AM CONTACTING THE LOCAL NEWS AUTHORITIES AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU NOW. STAY AWAY. Healthy Paws - too bad I already have been in touch NUMEROUS times with a supposed "supervisor" that did NOTHING - Rob Burns. He has all the history. I will continue my negative reviews on every possible platform until the issue is resolved. Local news authorities regarding consumer complaints have already been notified, along with the BBB.

I am very happy with Healthy Paws! My dog was recently diagnosed with a shoulder injury AND then DCM. Needless to say, she has had to had multiple doctors visits, physical therapy, X Rays and echocardiograms, and prescriptions. Submitting claims was super easy. And each time I've spoken to customer service they've been wonderful. Previously I had Nationwide through an employer....I MUCH prefer Healthy Paws.

From being an active dog who occasionally had a bump, to now being an aging older dog who's able to have help with her arthritis – thank you for being with us every step of the way for her care, no questions asked.

I am so grateful to have Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. The process to file a claim is quick and easy. Knowing they are there to help with the financial burden makes it so much easier to focus on getting my fur baby the care he needs versus worrying about whether or not I can afford it.
