Reliable, fast claim process helped me focus on caring for my dog’s injuries!

My dog, Olivia, was attacked by an off leash dog and her bite injuries led to two surgeries and countless visits to the vet over the course of two months. Healthy Paws processed my claims quickly and accurately and with direct deposit set up, I couldn’t imagine a better and more efficient process. They helped me focus on what was important at the time, and that was to take care of Olivia to ensure her speedy recovery. I’m so glad I chose Healthy Paws 3 years ago!

A great insurance option

Healthy Paws offers good coverage but where it really excels is it’s customer service and ease of filing claims. Filing a claim through the app is a quick and straightforward process. Another thing to note, someone reached out to me from Healthy Paws to ask about how my dog was doing in response to one of my claims. This made me feel like they care about my dog and her well-being. Definitely recommend them if you are looking for insurance for your pet.

Could not ask for better insurance and support

I cannot tell you how grateful we are to have Healthy Paws insurance. I viewed TONS of companies before we decided on Healthy Paws and I know we made the right decision. They are fast, caring, honest, and we could not ask for better. Thanks to you, Healthy Paws, Parker and Riley (and their owners) feel confident and secure that they will be healthy! Monthly Cost

$15 – $80, depending on breed, zip code, age of pet and choice of deductible and co-pay.

Coverage

One plan covers accidents, illnesses, cancer, emergency care, genetic conditions, alternative care and more. You can choose a co-pay of 10%, 20%, 30% or 40%. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

No per incident, annual or lifetime pay-out limit.

Deductible

You can choose an annual deductible of $250, $500 or $750* *Choice depends on age of the pet

Age Limits

Pets must be at least 8 weeks old and under 14 years old at time of enrollment. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

Coverage begins 15 days after your policy starts. There is a 12-month waiting period for hip dysplasia claims.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered, however hip dysplasia is only covered in pets who enroll before they are 6 years old.
