Saved pets life

It really is amazing to know you don’t have to compromise the life of your pet in a critical situation when the Vet gives u an estimate $2500-4500. U sign the papers and know that healthypaws insurance got your back. Sign up early in life and get 90%. It will save u a lot of money. At 4 months our pet broke her paw- that was costly! We were happy we had insurance then. And recently she got stung by a bee and had to spend the night in the hospital due to allergic reaction.. safe to say: $50 a month paid off in the first few months. Hope we r done with vets. But good to know insurance got your back with 2-3 day direct deposit.

Healthy Paws Gives Peace of Mind

We've had Healthy Paws insurance for 3 years. In that time we haven't, thankfully, needed it. But when we did, they came through. Our seven-year-old Yorkie Poo came down with hemorrhagic gastroenteritis and needed an emergency hospitalization for 24 hours. They told us it would be somewhere between $1600 and $1800, and more if she had to stay longer. We immediately told them yes and to do whatever was needed to help her. Healthy Paws came through with their 90% reimbursement within a week. That kind of peace of mind is priceless.

So grateful for this insurance

My pup required ACL surgery to put a TPLO on his leg. Quite a pricy surgery. Fortunately Health Paws covered this. Payback was issued quickly and the staff was very caring and helpful.

Excellent Customer Service - Excellent Pet Plans

Healthy Paws insurance provides excellent insurance coverage for our dog. The cost to value is very reasonable. Customer Service has been prompt, efficient and professional when we’ve submitted claims. Their website and app is very user friendly. Highly recommend Healthy Paws pet insurance.

Monthly Cost

$15 – $80, depending on breed, zip code, age of pet and choice of deductible and co-pay.

Coverage

One plan covers accidents, illnesses, cancer, emergency care, genetic conditions, alternative care and more. You can choose a co-pay of 10%, 20%, 30% or 40%. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

No per incident, annual or lifetime pay-out limit.

Deductible

You can choose an annual deductible of $250, $500 or $750* *Choice depends on age of the pet

Age Limits

Pets must be at least 8 weeks old and under 14 years old at time of enrollment. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

Coverage begins 15 days after your policy starts. There is a 12-month waiting period for hip dysplasia claims.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered, however hip dysplasia is only covered in pets who enroll before they are 6 years old.
