Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

Healthy paws is wonderful! My cat has had a policy for over 7 years and luckily have had only a few claims. When I got my pup, I figured I should do the same. What a godsend. At 10 months old, Little Annie ended up with 2 bad knees and needed 2 luxating patella surgeries to fix them. An absolute fortune per leg. Submitting invoices right on their app, so you can start a claim same day was was a huge reassurance. They direct deposit to you once completed, so no hassle of waiting on checks. They’ve really mastered this process which helped ease this worried dog mama’s mind while taking care of her. I was reimbursed all that was stated in the policy. Overall, I am highly pleased with healthy paws and would recommend them for sure.

I can only say wonderful things about Healthy Paws. The customer service is superb, they are very quick to pay reimbursements. This is a top notch pet insurance company. Look no further.

yes beware they hike there prices way up to extreme it started off good first signing up when our dog was a pup now he is 7yrs old the premium is up to 98.00 a month and all he has had over the years mostly is allergies I cant go anywhere else cause he has allergies no one else wants him so I am stuck and Healthy Paws dont give a sh-t we got a new pup will not sign up with Healthy paws I will pass on them

They raised the premium for my two young healthy dogs by $16 one year after my first dog started coverage and 8 months into my 2nd dogs policy. I've filed zero claims. They get you in with the low rate and the spike up the premium. I don't recommend. Also customer service could care less. All they do is give you a copy and pasted answer.

So simple to submit claims and they are quick to review and reimburse your vet bills. We are very happy to have this insurance plan in place for our Golden Retriever.
