Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

Been a loyal customer for about 3 years now. Highly recommend Healthy Paws. Competitive premiums, excellent customer service, quick claim processing, and most definitely worth every penny of the monthly premiums. Unfortunately we’ve had to use our coverage more than we anticipated and every single time we’ve left the vets office or the animal hospital, we take 2 sighs of relief - 1) that our previous fur baby is going to be ok and back on the right track with a treatment plan and 2) thank God that we have pet health insurance!

Three years ago I adopted a rescue puppy & a friend recommended that I get Healthy Paws insurance, just in case. Luckily I did, and one of the best decisions I ever made. Healthy Paws has been so incredibly easy to work with. Submitting a claim is really simple and I'm always surprised by how quickly I get a response, then updates, then a reimbursement check. My dog recently went through knee surgery and It was such a lifesaver to have Healthy Paws behind us every step of the way. I can't say enough about them. Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is simply incredible!!!!!!!! :)

Our cat has been having ongoing allergy issues since we relocated from the East Coast to Texas. Healthy Paws has been there every step of the way -- every medication we tried and every test our cat went through. We are very thankful to be able to afford the care he needed through Healthy Paws, are so appreciative of the quick turnaround time for their services and reimbursements, and in awe that Healthy Paws reached out to check in on him after seeing a few claims come in back to back. Healthy Paws is doing a great job supporting pets and their owners, and I would definitely recommend them for someone in search of great pet insurance.
