Fast claims payments.

I don't remember how I came across Healthy Paws pet insurance...it was years ago. But I'm glad it did. My dog Tillie has had chronic health issues and Healthy Paws has always paid promptly. She recently had gall bladder surgery and the bill was almost $10,000. Healthy Paws paid 80% of this within a week. Pet insurance isn't cheap and the premiums go up as they age. But with Tillie, the cost has balanced out in our favor and we don't have to put a monetary value on our pet's well-being. Having pet insurance for out two "babies" has been well worth the peace of mind.

Perfect Service to PATHETIC and outrageous prices!

Healthy Paws was the most amazing pet insurance with incredible customer service. They have turned out to be the worst company ever with ZERO customer service. I started with them in 2013 and I paid around $35.00 a month. It was raised to $76.20 on December of 2020, which I justified because they were amazing. When I received my bill on January 29,2021 I called and cancelled my policy because the insurance was raised again to $114.30 a month. When I received my credit card bill in February they charged my credit card twice for $114.30 totaling $228.60 after the policy was cancelled. I have spent endless hours trying to resolve this issue and they keep sending an email that they will contact me within three days and never do. It has been months and they DO NOT return phone calls and I have not been reimbursed. I have referred this insurance to my friends, neighbors, co workers and his daycare and everyone is dealing with the same issue. All of our prices went sky high and they keep charging our credit cards. We are contacting the BBB and disputing our charges with our credit cards. DO NOT even consider insuring your pet with this unethical business. They were sold in December of 2020 and the new business owner/owners are con artists!

The insurance claims were finalized in full quickly.

C.J. have ruptured his CCL while playing with a ball. During diagnosis, surgery and recovery processed all the insurance claims with the veterinary records attached were paid timely and based on our policy - 80% of all medical care and prescription medicine coasts. The Healthy Paws insurance was a big part in assuring that C.J. receives the best available medical care. Based on our very positive experience, we would recommend the Healthy Paws Insurance to all pet parents.

Thankful for Healthy Paws!

I can't believe an insurance company is this easy to work with. They covered what they promised (no mis-leading fine print) and the reimbursement process was super quick and painless. We saved thousands on our dog's CCL surgery. I've recommended Healthy Paws to everyone I know with a pet!
