Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

This insurance has been a life saver, literally, for my Labrador Moose. Just before Thanksgiving Moose fell ill with hemorrhagic gastroenteritis. It was Sunday and instead of waiting until Monday to see our vet, I took him to the Emergency hospital. The doctors there said he would have died during the night if I had waited. He had to stay 4 days with 4 hour care, IV's , meds etc. Because of this insurance I was able to afford this lifesaving care. I submitted the claim and was informed only 4 days later that a check was in the mail! I will get the check before the credit card bill comes. This has been a great Christmas present this year, saving Moose. The folks at Healthy Paws mare all great, fantastic customer care and swift responses to claims.

They are very easy to use with either the computer or the mobile app, and everything is taken care of quickly with automatic deposit.

My dog Ginger had an amazing thanksgiving until it took a toll on her stomach during the middle of the night. She threw up and had blood in her stool. I Immediately rushed her to the vet and they were able to take care of my best friend. The cost of her ER visit were close to 1 grand. I scanned all of the paperwork and bill and sent it to Healthy Paws to see if my dog was eligible for reimbursement. The claim process were very easy to apply and process. It took less than 10 days for the to approve and send me a direct deposit to cover most of Gingers bill. I am forever grateful that this company cares about their customer (my pocket lol) but more importantly my best friend Ginger life.
