The worst customer service I have ever…
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Takes forever for anyone to answer a call. Sent in a claim and got the run around about the claim being processed and paid. I was told over and over that my vet never sent the necessary records which I found out was not the truth so I ask the vet to send them to me so I too forwandered them on. Then they needed additional information from my vet which I found out they received but the records were never sent to the review person's until I called. Now I am told I have to wait another 30 days while I continue to pay my premium not knowing if our claim will be paid or not. I have spent hours on the phone talking to so many different individuals with different stories being told to me. The stress and time spent is not worth it.
