Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

My dog was diagnosed with cancer in November. Initially Healthy Paws thought his tumor was a pre existing condition and was not going to cover his treatment. My veterinarian submitted a letter to them explaining that it was a new development, and that was all Healthy Paws needed to cover his treatment. They have covered everything that I have submitted, and there is no doubt that I would have had to say no to some of his treatment had I not had insurance. Submissions for reimbursement are simple, just attaching an invoice, and their explanation of benefits always make sense. Excellent company and would recommend highly.

Healthy Paws is always quick with reimbursement. Their app makes it easy to submit your claim and receive status updates on claim progression. Responses or questions to claims are usually answered within a day. I couldn't be happier with Healthy Paws and the peace of mind that my claims will be handled efficiently when my pup gets into trouble!

I submitted my claim Saturday the dat after I brought him home and as always the coverage was to a T, almost the entire bill and I was paid out the 80% without question and the money was in my account by that Wednesday! They are amazing and I wish I had them for human health insurance. More than that, they sent a personal email to me asking after Madden and his recovery, as they have in the past after other unfortunate big events he has been through. They truly are the best insurance for pets and I recommend to everyone I encounter with an animal!

This is the best pet insurance - simple to understand plans, excellent customer service, the quickest and easiest claim system - application approval with in a week and reimbursement within 2-3 weeks. I have claimed twice in the last 5 years and each time I was so grateful to have this insurance to help give me peace of mind in providing good care for my cat and knowing that the insurance process would be simple and easy. I highly recommend this insurance - it is worth it.
