Scam

This company is the worst, I have been paying for my pet insurance premiums for more than 7 years and I have only submitted 1 claim, they only refunded 30 dollars and when I submitted another claim they completely denied it, saying there were pre conditions, which is falls, because my dog getting a stomach infection because she might eaten something has nothing to do with, an allergy precondition. After a ton of emails between me and a ton of people, because they don't have a customer service, it's an answering service which takes messages and pass it to whoever. After waiting for an eternity somebody got back to me just to tell me that my claim would not be reimbursed which is supposed to be 90 percent of total invoice. They are a fraud and I plan to take them to court to prove they are a fraud. Will keep you posted how that end up. No way in hell I would recommend this fraud to someone else.

So grateful for Healthy Paws!

When I got my puppy I decided to get pet insurance through Healthy Paws because you never know what might happen with a young puppy! I wanted some coverage in case of a major problem that might be beyond the expected issues and expenses. I looked into several insurances and I'm so glad I went with them in the end! At only 7 months old my puppy sadly ended up developing a crippling shoulder problem which could only be fixed by a very expensive surgery. We had chosen a plan with a higher yearly deductible and 90% coverage to applicable issues...I had reached the deductible with applicable vet expenses before the surgery and they truly did cover 90% of the cost - and they repaid us direct deposit in a very short time! It was a tremendous help for our family, especially during such a stressful time. Although we have put a good amount of money into veterinary care for our puppy it's nothing compared to what it would have been if we didn't have this pet insurance. I highly recommend them, especially for young puppies just starting out. They also have a very easy to use app that made submitting claims unbelievably easy, and the customer service has been fantastic as well! Our puppy has been healing wonderfully from surgery and is already so much happier now that he's not in pain anymore. We are beyond grateful!

When my dog needed surgery unexpectedly…

When my dog needed surgery unexpectedly at such a young age I didn't even have to question if it was an option because I knew I was covered by Healthy Paws. They reviewed my claim and provided my reimbursement within a week! Getting pet insurance for your dog is a MUST and Healthy Paws provides affordable options with low monthly payments and deductibles. You never know what unexpected events might occur and having pet insurance makes a very high stress situation much more manageable.

Outstanding Experience with Healthy Paws

I have a great experience with Healthy Paws and i have been telling all my friends about it! I know medical cost can be expensive thus i bought the insurance the first day i got my puppy. One day, i saw him won't open his left eye and he seems to be in pain. I look at his eye and it's super red. I took him to the vet and he was diagnosed with corneal ulcer. The doctor gave us some meds and we came back for a follow up visit 10 days later. Unfortunately his eye condition didn't improve. The vet suggested we took him to the ophthalmologist (I didn't even know that there's such thing for pet!!) and sure enough, he needs a surgery. So, we did a surgery on same day...Thankfully he is getting better everyday! The bill was pretty massive for his surgery, but i am glad that i have insurance. From submitting the claim to get my reimbursement check, it has been an easy process with Healthy Paws. I highly recommend you get the insurance to cover you for situation like this. Thank you Healthy Paws!
