Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

We loved Healthy Paws for years, but the last two rounds of premium increases have been absolutely unreasonable (over 150% increase each year!). I've tried everything to get someone to talk me through my options. I've been willing to compromise on our coverage levels, but every little change I make (even when reducing coverage) increases our premiums even more! I was promised a local manager for my region would call me on a specific day and time, and they never did. It's been two months and I never heard from them. I've spent hours on the phone trying to stay a customer, and I've gotten zero help or support. Healthy Paws used to be the most affordable for us. Now, they are the most expensive. They'll be losing us as a customer.

It might be slightly more expensive than other insurance per month, but it definitely worth every penny of it! One day my cat was not eating for 3 days and was diagnosed with probable pleural effusion in an emergency. A median sternotomy was suggested and performed, which costs more than 30k in total.
