I love Healthy Paws! They are efficient, quick and great customer service.

I've been using Healthy Paws for my dog for the last few years. They are pretty quick to review and process claims. As long as the proper documents are provided with each claim, there are no surprises. Having Healthy Paws adds another layer of comfort, knowing that vet bills are covered.

I love Healthy Paws! Unfortunately my frenchie, Gidgit, has had a lot of health issues with her eye and her back/neck. She has to do water treadmill and laser rehab every month, she has reoccuring eye ulcers that happen every so often and Healthy Paws has been there every step of the way. Luckily my boy Tonka doesn't have these issues but he is covered too and I would recommend Healthy Paws for ANY pet, you just never know what could happen. Healthy Paws is no hassle, great customer service and pays you back quickly.

I highly recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance!!! I have been a customer of Healthy Paws for 10 years, insuring my dog and 3 house cats over this period. I have always gotten great service. My dog has idiopathic epilepsy diagnosed in his second year. Recently, one of my 6 year old cats required medical care and hospitalizations for 2 life threatening conditions, seemingly unrelated, that occurred about a month apart. The second illness required 6 days of 24/7 care in an emergency clinic in addition to multiple follow up visits and testing with my veterinarian. Without my young cat's Healthy Paws Insurance coverage, we would not have been able to do all we could to help him survive when there was any possibility of treating his condition. The alternative would have been the awful decision to put a young animal down when its condition was treatable, but the cost was too burdensome. Healthy Paws has no lifetime limits per pet, and several payment/deductible options. I am very grateful to Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for their service and sensitivity through this stressful time!

As a customer of almost five years, I’m very disappointed. My pup has been covered since he was 12 weeks old. I’ve had claims in the past, and they were swift to pay them. This last one is 18 days and nothing. I keep sending in the requested documents, and they keep telling me they don’t have them. It’s a circle that keeps starting over and going nowhere. I keep asking to speak with someone else higher up, and they won’t let me. Somewhere this company changed, and for that, I can no longer recommend them. Reply: to Healthy Paws, this was claim 9, yes, number 9, not the 1st... However, thank you for your generic response. I will say you guys are experts at copying and pasting.
