It says date of experience, but I’ve had several experiences, but this was the last experience with her have an eye surgery…My dog Millie has had problems ever…

My dog Millie has had problems ever since she was two months old. If I didn’t have Healthy Paws, it would be really expensive to be able to take care of her. I appreciate appreciate healthy Paul so much I recommend their insurance highly.

Very happy with Healthy Paws

We have two French bulldogs who have had a number of health concerns over the past several years. Healthy Paws has consistently been easy to work with - filing claims is simple, checks arrive a few days later, and there are never any surprises. Recommend very highly.

I recommend Healthy Paws to EVERY pet parent!

I cannot say enough good things about Healthy Paws! I recommend their pet insurance to EVERY person I know that has a fur baby. We are beyond thankful that their insurance was recommend to us when we adopted our puppy. A year after having her, she developed a life threatening neurological autoimmune disease. Her condition was so poor that she required a week long ICU stay at the emergency vet, a MRI, spinal tap and several visits with a neurologist. Having pet insurance allowed us to make the best medical decisions for our dog without feeling financially stressed/pressured/overwhelmed. She made a full recovery and is doing WONDERFUL! I rave about Healthy Paws because they make claim submission very simple, and the reimbursement process is very quick. Plus, when we submitted this initial claim, we got a personal email from their team wishing a speedy recovery for our dog! I am beyond impressed with them and they will have my business forever. Thank you for all that you do Healthy Paws!

Root Canal

My four year old Hank, Golden Retriever fractured his canine tooth. Three vets recommended a root canal and crown because of his young age and because I had pet insurance. Once all was done I submitted the claim to Healthy Paws. It was very easy to do online. After having met the decuctible, Healthy Paws covered 80% of the cost which is very pricey. It was all approved within a week. If it weren't for the insurance Hank may have lost the tooth. Thank you Healthy Paws

Monthly Cost

$15 – $80, depending on breed, zip code, age of pet and choice of deductible and co-pay.

Coverage

One plan covers accidents, illnesses, cancer, emergency care, genetic conditions, alternative care and more. You can choose a co-pay of 10%, 20%, 30% or 40%. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

No per incident, annual or lifetime pay-out limit.

Deductible

You can choose an annual deductible of $250, $500 or $750* *Choice depends on age of the pet

Age Limits

Pets must be at least 8 weeks old and under 14 years old at time of enrollment. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

Coverage begins 15 days after your policy starts. There is a 12-month waiting period for hip dysplasia claims.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered, however hip dysplasia is only covered in pets who enroll before they are 6 years old.
