Submitting a claim is easy and fast

Submitting a claim is easy and fast. The claims have always been paid as I’ve expected. They’ve reimbursed me for emergency visits, X-rays, diagnostics and treatment. I never have to worry with Healthy Paws

Strongly do not recommend this company

As a veterinarian, I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone. The claims process is as inefficient as it possibly can be; each time I have made a claim, I have had to submit the records three to four times in addition to having my veterinarian submit the records separately. This is a waste of my time and my veterinarian's. The company only communicates with automated emails. The customer service staff is surprisingly incompetent and incredibly challenging to reach via email or phone. The pricing is unreasonable compared to other insurance companies. I would strongly encourage any pet owner to purchase insurance from another company.

Best insurance plan out there for any…

Best insurance plan out there for any fur baby! My dog, Roxy needed emergency surgery and it made the whole process less stressful knowing that I would be covered financially with the help of Health Paws.

Healthy Paws to the rescue

I have two dogs, one is a Wirehaired Pointing Griffon. He is a great family dog but very energetic and always getitng into trouble. I am very happy that Healthy Paws is able to provide support whenever we have needed to take Jasper to emergency vet for x-rays, or surgery, and medications. They are very quick to respond to questions, address claims, and reimbursement distribution. I would highly recommend healthy paws to anyone looking for pet insurance especially if you have at least 3-4 frequent visits to the vet for non-preventative care.

I cannot say enough positive things…

I cannot say enough positive things about Healthy Paws. I have 2 huskies and always wanted to make sure they can get the best care of something happens. My first husky was diagnosed with an auto immune disorder that requires eye drops the rest of her life. My second husky developed respiratory issues and had to be seen by a specialist for her diagnosis and have some procedures done. Healthy Paws always reviews the claims I send in within 24 hours, and I have the reimbursement back in my bank account within 2-3 business days after submitting the claim. Today, I received a personal email checking on my dog. Not too many pet insurances would do that. I would highly recommend anyone searching for pet insurance to look no further than Healthy Paws!
