I'm glad that I have a pet policy with Healthy Paws. Never thought I would ever used it, but glad it was there. My furry baby had surgery to help her breathing, typical for Frenchies. As she got older, we noticed that she struggled with breathing. Though the surgery went well, she had complications with the recovery. I was in and out of the emergency room several times and eventually it was determined by the vet that was better for my furry baby to be admitted to ICU for several days. You can just imagine the vet bill. Luckily, Healthy Paws took care of everything. The process was easy. Submitted the invoices online and was approved within 5 business days. If you have a pet, especially a flat nose dog, I highly recommend getting pet insurance from Healthy Paws. You hope you will never need it, but glad when you do.

What amazing customer service! My dog Sela had TPLO surgery last week, and is now on the long road to recovery. She is a young and very lively dog so we are keeping her nice and quiet while she is in rehabilitation for her leg. This was a sudden accident, and so we had to move quickly to line up surgery and now rehabilitation. With everything happening so fast, Healthy Paws was fantastic. It’s so easy to file a claim online, the turnaround time for the reimbursement is really fast, and the coverage extensive. I even received an email from them asking how Sela is doing. If you have a new dog Pet insurance is a must. Healthy Paws helped save are dogs life twice with two operations. Healthy Paws paid 90 percent of a 16500.00 bill and a earier 7000.00 bill with no complaints. What a great company they reimbursed us within days.
