We’ve had healthy paws for 7.5 years and have always been so impressed with the service. Both of our dogs have been covered since we got them and I don’t know what we’d do without this insurance. Healthy Paws is an awesome pet insurance company and I would never use any other one. It is so easy to submit your claim and reimbursement is usually very quick. My dog had serious surgery due to her Cushing’s disease causing a malignant tumor on one of her adrenal glands. She needed to have that adrenal gland removed which was a risky surgery. Thankfully I had Healthy Paws Insurance to help me through it! You won’t be sorry with Healthy Paws Insurance.

My 11 year old fur baby Standard Poodle Sheila became seriously ill needing major surgery to remove a malignant tumor on her adrenal gland due to Cushings Disease. Once I decided I was getting a French bulldog I knew I would need pet insurance knowing the breed. When asking around to those who had pet insurance majority ruled with Healthy Paws. When my puppy had a freak accident at three months old and broke his leg I was so thankful to have pet insurance. Filing each claim was easy and checking the status was clear through email and even easier when you have the app. The customer service is awesome and responsive and even checked in to see how everything was going with recovery. They were very clear in all claims what they covered and did not based on my plan and provided breakdown of everything. You really never know what could happen and I’m thankful to have healthy paws!
