Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

I can't recommend Healthy Paws enough! I've had their insurance for both of my dogs for years and it's the number one thing (and number one company) I recommend to all my friends and family who are pet owners. Their policies are clear, their site is easy, and it's so nice to know that you'll have one less headache to deal with when all you want to do is focus on your pet's health. My dog went in for surgery on Thursday, I submitted the invoice online in about 2 mins, and I had a direct deposit for my reimbursement on Monday. You can't get better service than that. I even got an email from the Healthy Paws team asking after my dog and wishing him a speedy recovery. Highly recommend!

My dog was very sick and her treatment started with being admitted through the ER in the middle of the night. While I did not know what was ahead of us, I was positive that I wanted the vet to do everything they could to save her life. What I also did not know, is that she was far sicker than I was aware. I was surely worried about my dogs well being and the medical costs associated with her treatment. Healthy Paws was right there at the plate to assist empathetically with reimbursement of my dogs medical costs. Admittedly, I was not prepared for this veterinary expense, I honestly have no idea what I would have done without Healthy Paws caring attitude and expedient response. healthy paws will price you out of the market as your pet gets older. They will take your premiums when the likelihood of needing to file a claim is less and when your dog ages they will raise premiums astronomically until most people have to drop it. It's really strange how healthypaws has all these great reviews on this site but on the Better Business Bureau site they are a 2.75/5 with a lot of one star reviews!
