Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

Our dog Lola has been insured with healthy paws for 5 years. Every claim we submitted was processed very quickly and it was easy to get a hold customer service heather it’s on the phone or through email, with a pretty fast response time. Lola recently had a knee surgery, and we had no issue with coverage. They helped us setup direct pay with the clinic and the invoice was paid within a couple of days. Their reimbursement level is also high in comparison to other companies.

Though scary at first, with the great vets we have and Healthy Paws supporting our claims for surgeries and medication, approx. a dozen mast cell removals, spleen removal, and a bout of pancreatitis, we still have our girl 5 years later, and praying we have her for a few more. Healthy Paws has made the claim process easy, the reimbursement process easier and I've never had to dispute a claim (but please be assured you really understand the terms of your policy!). I'd recommend Healthy Paws to anyone out there that is looking for pet insurance.
