Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

Over the past 8 years with 2 pets, we've had occasion to submit claims through Healthy Paws. We've ALWAYS found their service to be friendly, efficient, professional, and the processing of claims to be VERY timely and quick! Their personal assistance and prompt communications are a pleasure to experience. We remain VERY HAPPY with Healthy Paws and regularly refer them to friends and family!

My dog has been constantly injured and or sick for years it seems and HealthyPaws has been a lifesaver. I wouldn’t be able to afford this dog without them. They will always work with you and their claims system is so easy to use. My dog needed a trachea stent and spent a week in the hospital prior costing over 20k. Healthy paws covered everything for me the staff is great also they even sent an email asking how my dog was doing this is a great insurance company

I don't know how to emphasize enough the importance of good Pet Insurance, and Healthy Paws has proven to be the Best of the BEST!! A friend recommended that we get Pet Insurance based on their experience. I never dreamed we would need it because our previous two Samoyed dogs never had any issues. I thought that maybe there might be Puppy accidents or etc. but our Samoyed Daisy has had reoccurring bronchial problems resulting in several hospitalizations and special procedures. Healthy Paws has every time reimbursed the invoices directly into my bank account within honestly 48 hours. These are not insignificant amounts.... specialist doctors are super expensive!! The monthly insurance fee is surprisingly affordable as well. Their web-site could not be easier, it takes just minutes to submit a claim, and Healthy Paws follows up immediately with a status. I am eternally grateful for the peace of mind Healthy Paws has allowed me to have while going thru the stress of health care for Daisy.
