Healthy Paws is a great company that cares for our pets. I have been with HP for 6 years for my 2 dogs.. They have helped me several times over the years. Filing a claim is easy. I download the vet's invoice along with the reports. They e-mail to let me know they are processing my claim. In a day or two, they e-mailed me it was completed and notified the reimbursement deposit into my account right away. I suggested direct deposit is best because my check was lost in the mail. HP send a replacement a week after I file the report. Healthy Paws is affordable. It's worth it to have a great company that gives great service and cares about your pet. I also suggested that read and following the policy guideline careful. Keep tract of your babies health report to submit to HP. In that way helps HP to processing your claim faster. Looking for another provider which isn't price gouging.

I have been a customer for over 10 years with my three Newfoundland dogs. They are always so easy to work with, submit claims and reimbursement is mailed out immediately. I would never consider switching companies.

To say that HealthyPaws Pet Insurance is a great company is quite an understatement. By what they offer, they have allowed our Golden Retriever, Breach, to have more good days even in the face of a cancer diagnosis. Through their expeditious handling of the claims that we have submitted, we have not incurred as much financial hardship as we would have without pet insurance. I shiver at the thought of any family having to trudge through the mire of canine cancer without pet insurance. Many times we have submitted claims and within 24 hours we received an EOB (Explanation of Benefits) and the reimbursement soon thereafter. Our family is under no illusion that Breach will make a full recovery due to the timing of his diagnosis, but that doesn’t mean that all hope is lost. By virtue of Healthy Paws, he was spared from even the discussion of euthanasia due to his diagnosis. We have gone to great lengths to urge all pet parents to consider pet insurance so that not only are they protected financially but that the pets get the care that they need without much worry as to the cost. In closing, when you have gotten that new puppy or kitten please consider pet insurance, especially Healthy Paws. They are underwritten by Chubb, so they are a solid company and they will treat you right and fulfill their promises.
