Cannot Live Without Healthy Paws!!!

My 3 year old pit bull mix, Indy, has had everything from mange, to ringworm, to kennel cough, to a heart murmur. 10 days ago he had his SECOND TPLO surgery for a torn CCL (ACL). That was two surgeries, one for each knee. These procedures were possible because of Healthy Paws. They have been a true lifesaver. They are everything they advertise and more. I receive my 80% check literally no more than 5 days after they confirm that the procedure has been covered. BTW, they cover what they say they will…with no questions asked. In the past year they have paid approximately 20 claims! The total for these has to be over $7,000… Like I said, we can't live without Healthy Paws!

Prompt Respond, Best Service

What can I say. My baby had a surgery on 8th. We filed the claim on 12th. The check arrived on 16th. I really appreciate their care and prompt responses. Thank you very much

Thank You

When my 9 year old vizsla was diagnosed with cancer we were devastated. The docs told us what type of cancer they thought she had but were not certain. This uncertainty gave us hope that maybe it wasn't the worst kind. The only way to find out was to treat it by shrinking it, surgery and then pathology. If we didn't have ins I'm not sure we could treat her knowing her chances are slim. But now we are going for it and hoping for the best. The people at HP on the phone have been incredibly kind. One representative even shared her story with me about when her dog got cancer and how difficult it was. They are covering everything and wishing us the best. This is my first experience with pet ins and I will recommend HP to all my friends and family. Thank you HP, for the comfort, the peace of mind and for making Maggy's future hopeful.

Thank you Healthy Paws!

Signing up for Healthy Paws was the best decision we made for our dog. She recently had to go through surgery and believe it or not (if you're used to dealing with human insurance) dealing with Heathy Paws was extremely easy and simple. They covered everything that was expected, were extremely responsive, typically approved charges the next day with a check in my mailbox a few days after, and even emailed to ask how our dog was feeling. I've recommended healthy paws to all of my pet owning friends and would do the same to anyone reading this review.

Best in Class Service

While petting Brewster I found a lump on his paw and neck. The vet did a smear test. The test results indicated cancer cells for the lump on his paw and inflammation on his neck. Both lumps needed to removed and biopsied. I called Healthy Paws since I never submitted a claim prior. They were very supportive, reassuring and knowledgeable about Brewster’s coverage. I submitted two claims one for the smear test on the other for the blood work (needed for surgery). I expected these claims to take a long time to process since Brewster is 7 and Healthy Paws needed to review his medical history. I was pleasantly surprised to see the claims were processed within a week and check was received shortly after. The next claim was for his surgery, they processed the claim the day I submitted it. A check was received about two days later. I also received a follow up email from Healthy Paws just to see how Brewster was feeling and wishing him well. I am so happy that I choose Healthy Paws. I could not ask for better service. The process to submit claims is very easy; claims can be emailed, uploaded or mailed. Forms can be downloaded from their website. The EOB's provided are very easy to understand. The coverage was exaclty what I understood it to be and hassel free.
