So thankful for Healthy Paws

I've done a lot of research on pet insurance. I have three dogs - two Pugs and a Bernese Mountain Dog. Healthy Paws is by far the best insurance, best value and best customer service out there! I am so thankful, and love the quickness of the claim reimbursements. Thank you Healthy Paws!

The best coverage, fair price,& great service !!!

After we got our French Bulldog puppy in February, we were advised to get pet insurance since this breed is known for health issues. After hearing recommendations from our vet, I decided to do my research on the internet. I compared every well known pet insurance company and made a spread sheet of plan coverage, deductibles, monthly premiums, annual caps, etc. After my reading customer reviews and feedback, I chose Healthy Paws. I am so glad and I am very pleased with their service and ease of filing claims. You simply scan your bill and upload - DONE !!! My puppy took a leap down just two steps and my house and the very top of her tibia on her right leg broke off where the tendon/knee cap are attached and this required orthopedic surgery by a specialist at a nearby 24 hour animal hospital. He used 2 pins and wire, and she is fully recovered. The cost of this surgery was an overwhelming $4500 !! Healthy Paws paid me back quickly 90% of everything except the initial examination. What a relief and what a piece of mind for the future. They have kept in touch and asked how our little Brandi was recovering. Suffice to say, I am VERY PLEASED with their ease of claims, speed of benefits check and genuine caring. I am spreading the word to friends and co-workers ! They are great !!

Prompt, positive response to our claim.

Our eight-month-old Pembroke Welsh Corgi developed a fever and extreme lethargy. He lost his appetite, appeared to be hurting, although we couldn't pinpoint where, and did not want to play. We took him our veterinarian who did a complete exam and multiple diagnostic tests. All results were inconclusive, so he sent us to two other specialists, who also did thorough exams, ultrasound, blood tests and x-rays. He was put on two broad-spectrum antibiotics, which eventually brought his fever down and he returned to normal puppy activity. The cost of the exams, diagnostics and medications came to over $2,300 on six separate invoices. We submitted all six invoices, with all the backup data and veterinary reports. We received immediate acknowledgement of receipt and confirmation that our claims were being processed by Healthy Paws. In under two weeks the claims had been reviewed, accepted and paid. We received kind support and inquiries about our little pup from Healthy Paws. We are so glad we opted to purchase pet insurance, particularly Healthy Paws, which has proven to be an excellent product, providing service above our expectations.

The best !

I am not new to pet insurance. Had insured all my dogs back to 1998.Healthy Paws is not your average pet insurance. They are fast and friendly. Above all they show genuine care. They even sent an e-mail later to check on Vicky. Highly recommended !

Great coverage at reasonable rates

This is the second operation for my yorkie named Milo in 6 months. The first was ruptured disk in his back, now a torn acl in his rear leg. I can't tell you how grateful I had health paws coverage to help with the bills with Milo! I would have paid out of pocket $8000, but with my tailored coverage it was only $2200. The best part was the ease and quickness of filing my claims and the expeditious manner in which they got the checks to me. They inquired during the process as well to the condition of Milo. They are great. I am not disappointed in any way, shape or form with this coverage. So glad I did this. They saved me and my dog! Kudos.
