When you are in the midst of an emergency situation, the last thing anyone wants to contend with is bureaucracy! Two days before vacation, my Labradoodle chewed a pack of sugarless gum at some point during the night, and I raced her to the emergency room for xylitol poisoning. The first time I submitted a claim it was denied but on further conversation with the company they covered the claims. As a consumer you need to ask questions if something isn't working for you! My dog has some arthritis issues in his back and HealthyPaws covered treatment by a Physical Therapist who is licensed to practice with dogs! I am lucky I live in an area where I have a vet's office with this service! My dog has been doing great, I learned a lot from the Physical Therapist and my dog is really benefiting from the exercise, massage and heat I have been doing with him which keeps him healthier, feeling better and keeps him out of the vet's office!

Wow. Great service and a quick reimbursement. Our vet submitted the insurance forms for us and we provided some additional information and we had a check in about a week. They were friendly throughout the process. Love them.
