cruciate ligament injury

Our almost 10 mo old Leonberger, Lizzie, ruptured her cruciate ligament while she was playing out in our yard. She started limping and the next day an she wouldn't put any weight on it. I knew it was serious and was devastated for her and for us. She is a beautiful, sweet, potential show puppy whom I brought into our family not only to be a family member but to add some diversity to my line of Ch Cherrywood Leonbergers which I have been raising and showing since 1990.I have been very impressed with the professionalism, compassion and caring attitudes from the staff at Healthy Paws. My claim was settled quickly and the staff was so nice to work with, asking how Lizzie was doing and wishing her well. I will definitely be putting their information into the puppy packs that go home with my puppy buyers and highly recommend the company.

Lifesaver!!

Our Boston Terrier took a claw to her eye from a cat and Healthy Paws Insurance was super easy to use (took a photo of the vet bills with the phone app to submit) & very quick to approve/send our payment. It ended up being 2 very costly surgeries and a total lifesaver we had the insurance and were able to get her the care she needed immediately.

Best investment in your pet's health!

Healthy Paws to the rescue once again. My dog was injured in a fight, and Healthy Paws was there for him. The claim was processed quickly and efficiently. The employees are polite and friendly and efficient. The insurance is worth every penny. Last year my dog had to have a wart removed from the bottom of his paw and Healthy Paws handled the claim just as well as they did this year.

Excellent service

My yellow Labrador recently had surgery to remove a hair band from his intestines. This surgery was done late on a Sunday night at the emergency vet. The surgery came to over $4000. I was nervous submitted my bills to Healthy paws since my lab has eaten many items and they have paid many bills! I was afraid we might get cancelled but I received my check promptly along with a get well note for him. I'm extremely happy with Healthy paws insurance.

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance Rating

I would rate Healthy Paws Pet Insurance as A++++! Our dog TJ was recently taken to an emergency hospital and had to stay overnight and had several tests done. Thank God he's okay now. Access to and submission of his "personal" claim form on the Healthy Paws Pet site was beyond easy. My claim was accepted AND approved within hours and I received my check within a week. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HEALTHY PAWS PET INSURANCE.
