Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

Our 6 1/2-year-old Lab, Jack, has been experiencing some continuing digestive issues since April. He was seen by our regular vet, and then referred to an internal medicine specialist. Jack has been extensively tested and the tests were expensive, but, like many pet parents, we would do anything to make sure our pets have the best care. We are extremely thankful that we have Healthy Paws pet insurance to assist with these expenses! Our multiple claims have been very promptly processed and reimbursement checks delivered quickly. We have received regular email communications all along the way to keep us informed of the process. We were also very pleasantly surprised to receive an email inquiring about Jack and sending best wishes for his recovery. We are so glad to have them as a partner in our pets' healthcare!

My sweet dog Waffles was diagnosed with kidney failure likely due to an infection and was in emergency care for almost a week. The treatment was very expensive, in total almost $6000. Thankfully Healthy Paws covered exactly what they said they would without any hassle at all. Without Healthy Paws we might not have been able to afford to save our girl. Thanks!

Quick return, excellent customer service, quality coverage

I can't tell you how easy it was to work with Healthy Paws. It is really hard to choose what I like most about them: their app or their customer service. With being able to take a picture and immediately submit my claim, I often haven't even gotten to my car when I receive an email stating that they have received my claim and are reviewing it. They show all their math when figuring out deductibles and claims, so I am never left wondering where they got amounts from. It is quick, easy to understand and very well organized. Their customer service has been AMAZING! My claims are processed much faster than their stated times, they email to check to see how my dog is doing after his bigger medical visits, and they are so polite and helpful! I tell ALL my friends and family (even strangers on the street) about them! thank you so much!

The premiums may be a little higher than other companies but in one surgery we just made up 18 months of premiums. It is so nice to need a major surgery and know it will be covered. They sent e-mails to check on one of my babies, they send birthday cards and to a person with no children other than fur kids, that is a big deal.
