Great response and concern for the pet

The response is prompt and only limited by vet who doesn't turn information in promptly. We have a deductible with 90% coverage for both dogs. When the insuranace company has a complete file, they have paid promptlly. We are awaiting resolution of our latest claim in the amount of $4000 which was created by a rare oral cancer on our 2 1/2 year old Golden Retreiver. By the way she is pronounced cured and we were able to go to the best oral surgeon in Northern California with no limitation.

Excellent Service

We had a sick kitty, very sick. Ate a pine needle and it almost killed him!. Had to take him to the emergency and to the vet the following day. Claims were sent to Healthy Paws and they reimbursed us right away. They held their end of the deal. I am very happy we have insurance as it would of costed us double the amount. I lived in the UK for years, they always have pet insurance, but in the US it is not so, not many have insurance. When we got our two little tykes, we debated whether to get insurance. A worker at Petco told me his cat swallowed the end of door stop. The cost to operate was 3000.00! He had insurance, their cost was a small fraction. That convinced me to get pet insurance, and it has payed off! Well worth it. Healthy Paws so far has proven to be excellent. Thank you Healthy Paws!

Great service...again!

Sadly, our Westie, Zoey, started throwing up and it took the vets almost a month to figure out what was wrong. Once we submitted the claim, Healthy Paws turned it around within a week and we got paid about 10 days from the day we submitted it. We couldn't be happier with you guys. We hate that we had to use the insurance (it means Zoey was sick!), but you made the process quick and as easy as possible. Much appreciated!!

Great coverage, fast claims, wonderful service

We have two dogs covered by Healthy Paws. Our Akbash had a problem with her shoulder which would not have been covered by the majority of other providers - Healthy Paws covered the entire surgery and meds with no (well, few) questions asked. My younger Setter suffered a fractured femur. Healthy Paws not only covered all the radiographs but also the laser therapy to help her heal. She has recovered completely. There is an individual rep assigned to their respective accounts that answers every email or calls you.
