Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

Our Jack Russell Terrier has been insured since he was 2, and since then has had ACL surgery on his left leg, emergency surgery after getting bit by another dog, and most recently, ACL surgery on his right leg. We've had the worst case scenarios in what we could have gone through as pet owners, over $10K in medical bills, but fortunately Healthy paws have been with us every step of the way and had our back for every procedure. Our dog is now recovering and we're so glad that we selected this insurance company. I know there's so many choices when you look online but this had to have been the best choice we made. What other insurance company follows up a claim asking the condition of your dogs and shows true concern about the well being of your furbaby? :)

Upon adoption I immediately knew I would need peace of mind for that "What if" scenario, and lo and behold-my 5 year, healthy breed developed oral cancer. Healthy Paws helped me save Manny's life. He has a good prognosis and an excellent shot in life because I didn't have to hesitate/think about finances. When that first reimbursement check came in the mail, I was so thankful. They have continued to cover everything they said they would, and Manny is currently undergoing expensive, necessary Radiation Therapy to give him the best chance. Healthy Paws Pet Insurance comes through again as being the best pet insurance one can buy. Once again, the integrity of Healthy Paws comes through. I hear horror stories from friends that their premiums are unsustainable as companies are getting greedy. Healthy Paws does all they can to keep their rates low for these human companions. I have had nothing but the best customer service from them, they pay on bills quickly, they have a phone app that lets you upload your claim and the longest I have waited is a week for them to do a claim and within the next week, I have payment.
