Our dog required surgery on a torn ACL, and it was a great relief to know that with everything going on around the surgery and recovery, our claim to insurance was seamless and resolved within a week. They do not require any pre-authorizations and there is no "out-of-network" or alternate reimbursement scale. One major advantage over their competitors is that like our human insurance, their is only one annual deductible, whereas some pet insurers have a "per illness" deductible. They will even review your pets' records for you before you purchase insurance to verify any pre-existing conditions. We have recommended Healthy Paws to our friends and family. The truth is, because of Healthy Paws, our pets are afforded every option for a long and healthy life.

Our handsome Cockapoo Smokey suffered a CCL tear about a month ago and underwent surgery to correct the condition just two weeks ago. Healthy Paws has a very straight forward claims submission process. Since they are popular, many of the Vets are already familiar with them and offered to submit our claim for us.
