Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

Our eleven months beagle suddenly started vomiting blood. We took him to the vet and it was recognized by pancreatitis. The cost of examinations and treatment was over $1000, and the vomiting repeated a few times in the next weeks, which were again costly. We are happy that we had Healthy Paws Pet Insurance, which covered 90% of expenses and helped us deal with the problem effectively. Healthy Paws has great staff and the claim process is very fast and convenient.

I have 2 french bulldogs, need I say more! Kiwi has skin issues with severe allergies and requires weekly injection and Howard has had two cases of MAST cell cancer. I love knowing that I never have to second guess my decisions for treatment. This insurance is the best for coverage and reimbursement. I have the iPhone app and can submit my claim before leaving the parking lot. I get a quick response from one of the agents and they always start out by asking how are the dogs doing!!! I get followup emails checking on the wellbeing of my pets. I would and do recommend this insurance to anyone who asks.

Unfortunately, our dog Bubba ( 2 years old) has a pancreatic enzyme disorder. It has been a difficult couple of months trying to get a handle on it.. Thank goodness for Healthy Paws insurance as the bills are huge! I love their app. It is SO quick and easy to file a claim. I filed a claim using the app last night and today I got emails showing the claim was processed and completed. The check will be here within a week. I only wish Bubba would get well this quickly. I highly recommend Healthy Paws to pet parents. We are so happy we insured Bubba when we got him as a puppy. He is being trained to be my service dog and is a very important part of our family.

After my other company's insurance policy lapsed, I decided to find a new company or else not get insurance anywhere as I was tired of every single claim being difficult to file and then always being an exception. Enter Healthy Paws. Their app makes it so easy to file a claim that I actually bother to do it, which is great because they also actually reimburse me for claims! The claim summary is really clear and their customer service responds quickly and politely if you have any follow up questions. My dog is a senior dog and when we renewed our policy after a year, they didn't kill me with rate increases either. Cannot recommend healthy paws enough!!

One of our female cats had an emergency surgery due a pyometra. Since the first moment, the process had been easy. We have the "Healthy Paws app" just took a bill's picture with our phone, click in "send claim' and... DONE! Was amazing! Later, they emailed us, we check everything and in less than 2 weeks, we had the refund in our mailbox :) We have 4 cats and we totally recommended Healthy Paws insurance for every family who are looking for an insurance company.
