Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

Brady, my 6 year old Wheaten, had a growth in his leg. The vet recommended surgery and testing for cancer. Submitting claims was super easy, and if I had any questions, someone got back to me within a matter of hours. My reimbursement checks arrived before my credit card bill was due which was great! After all was said and done, I even got an email requesting an update on how Brady was doing. That was completely unexpected - a company that cares! Btw... No cancer! Brady is doing great!

Healthy paws truly made the process easy and effortless on our part so we can focus on helping coco recover from his first major surgery!! The claim was processed in less than 2 weeks!!! I will recommend them to anyone who's looking for pet insurance!!! Great company!!!

We have a 3 year old Doberman that loves to run and play. After one of our trips with her to the dog park we noticed that she came home limping. We went to the vet who took X-Rays and then called in the orthopedic vet that informed us that she had a torn ACL and needed surgery. After hearing this I called and spoke with Jeff at Healthy Paws pet insurance who went over with me how to start a claim. I submitted all of the paperwork that I had. Once Healthy Paws had my Vet names as we switched from when she was a puppy Haley reached out to the Vet and helped me get through the process. They were doing more than I had hoped for. Every person I came in contact with at Healthy Paws was great. They always asked about how our 4 legged child was doing. I am very thankful to have Healthy Paws pet Insurance. Within 3 weeks after the surgery the claim was settled and we had a check a week later. The hardest part was on my end getting the Vets to submit the proper paperwork. I have told all of my friends about Healthy Paws and what a great job they did to help complete the claim. I can't imagine ever having another pet without Healthy Paws in my corner.

When I rescued my 2 year old yellow lab she had a ton of health issues! More recently she has developed a back infection and had to get a pricey MRI as well as monthly expensive meds to take care of the problem. Honestly healthy paws has been amazing! Sometimes hard to believe how much they cover! If it wasn't for them I would of definitely had to get rid of my fur baby due to expenses! There are no fine print hidden things that everyone worries about. They cover what they say they cover and they send you your reimbursement super quick! Even when I have called their customer service department they have been nothing but helpful. I would never get another dog without insurance through healthy pets!!
