Thank you HEALTHY PAWS!!!!

After having huge vet bills for my dogs, I decided to get insurance for my Gingy. I chose Healthy Paws because of all the great reviews I saw online. They are RIGHT!!! I've had several claims already in the two years that I've had my Gingy insured with Healthy Paws and they have ALWAYS been upfront, prompt in settling my claims and reimbursing me. The few times I did have to contact Customer Service, they were courteous, knowledgeable, compassionate and always resolved any issues immediately. Most recently, my Gingy had to have surgery on her knee and in less than a week, they settled the claim no problems. THANK YOU Healthy Paws! You make giving my Gingy the best care possible a true reality.

Easier than any human insurance!

Two weeks ago my cat was injured requiring surgery. Subculture a stressful time, but Healthy Paws and their kindness, patience and genuine caring for my pet, alleviated a large portion of it. They are quick to respond via telephone and email, even followed up to see how the little guy was doing. I am so pleased.

The best you can have

I have a 11 month Siberian husky who unfortunatly had an orthepedic surgery recently. Healthy Paws was more than helpful through this difficult time. Not only did they reimburse 90% of her claim, they also took the time to ask how my dog was feeling after surgery. The customer service line is very helpful. The reimbursement took less than 10 days after the claim was approved. I couldn't ask for a better service. I am glad I chose Healthy Paws for my pup, and I would recommend this to anyone who has a pet! I couldn't be happier! #TeamHealthyPaws

One less thing to worry about!

Our French Bulldog had surgery for a ruptured disk. He is 4 years old and our best buddy. I can't say enough about the ease of filing a cliam, the quick response to my phone call with a question on additional information required, and email correspondence. We had a lot to worry about, and insurance coverage with Healthy Paws made it possible to focus on what he needed. And, they covered exactly what they said they would.

Monthly Cost

$15 – $80, depending on breed, zip code, age of pet and choice of deductible and co-pay.

Coverage

One plan covers accidents, illnesses, cancer, emergency care, genetic conditions, alternative care and more. You can choose a co-pay of 10%, 20%, 30% or 40%. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

No per incident, annual or lifetime pay-out limit.

Deductible

You can choose an annual deductible of $250, $500 or $750* *Choice depends on age of the pet

Age Limits

Pets must be at least 8 weeks old and under 14 years old at time of enrollment. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

Coverage begins 15 days after your policy starts. There is a 12-month waiting period for hip dysplasia claims.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered, however hip dysplasia is only covered in pets who enroll before they are 6 years old.
