Claims couln't be easier

I reviewed all the Pet insurances and compared them and Healthy Paws came out on top of them all, esp. for the cost of the premium. It was 1/2 what some wanted to charge for what we needed. Then 2 months after getting Healthy Paws insurance for our beloved dog, Zeke, he was diagnosed with mediastinal lymphosarcoma. Healthy Paws was wonderful about paying his claims and made it so easy for us to submit them. Never did they question a charge. Sadly Zeke passed away but we know we did the very best we could for him and Healthy Paws took the financial sting out of his treatments.

Healthy Paws is the best!

I love Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. I'm so glad I chose them for my pet insurance company, I give them my highest recommendation. After doing research, I discovered Healthy Paws was the highest rated, with the best reviews and excellent customer satisfaction and from my own experiences, I can see why, I definitely made the right choice (This review includes Smitty GSP: vestibular disease, arthritis & hip dysphasia) I have 2 rescue dogs that both eventually developed medical issues, some very serious and having pet insurance enabled me to give them the best care possible, to move forward in doing what medically could be done to help them and I did not have to hesitate because of the financial costs. The premium cost is worth every penny juxtaposed with the cost of medical care I stress to everyone I know with pets to please get pet insurance, I know that most people without it, would have to make unfortunate decisions for their pets health if they do not have coverage and its distressing to think that happens so often.... I'm eager to share how wonderful Healthy Paws has been with everyone I know. Healthy Paws has been like an angel through unexpected crisis' with dogs, the caring and concern I feel from them, made a worrisome time so much easier The claims submission process is so easy, here are some of the other highlights: For every insurance quote, Healthy Paws makes a cash donation to a rescue organization Quick and easy submission of claims (optionally through a phone app) Fast turnaround of claims, reimbursement can be as quick as under a week Personable and caring customer service communication Cancer coverage included in health plan

These folks are AWESOME!

My 2 year old cat needed hip surgery and it was quite expensive. I submitted the claim to Healthy Paws on a Thursday evening, and received a check covering 90% of the expense the following Monday. I have also had occasion to call a couple of times, and have spoken to very caring, considerate, professional, compassionate, and helpful people. They help make pet ownership even more of a pleasure than it already is!

Ridiculously Easy

I find it sad that my human health insurance denies every claim, argues with me endlessly and generally makes my life miserable, and my dog's insurance was the easiest thing to deal with ever. I signed up for Healthy Paws shortly after adopting my pitbull Ivy, and sent in all her medical records. About a year later she tore both her CCL's - I got the left leg done first because it was in worse shape. After the surgery all I had to do was take a picture of her invoices and send them via the healthy paws app. Within ONE WEEK there was a check in the mailbox totaling about $5,500 - 90% of the cost of the surgery. Without it there's no way I could have afforded to get it done. There was no arguing over the phone with anyone, no paperwork, no loopholes, nothing. Just a check in the mail. Totally blew my mind. I would absolutely recommend them.

Astoundingly Easy

I've said it before and I'll say it again: it's insane that my dog insurance is so much better than my human insurance in every conceivable way. I signed up for Healthy Paws shortly after adopting my pitbull Ivy. I sent in all her medical records (it's important to do this so that your first claim goes smoothly). Well about a year later she tears both of her ACL's. I got the left leg done first because it was torn the most, and after the surgery all I had to do was take a picture of her invoices and send them via the healthy paws app. Literally within one week there was a check in the mailbox totaling about $5,500 - 90% of the cost of the surgery. Without it there's no way I could have afforded to get it done. without the insurance. There was no arguing over the phone with anyone, no paperwork, no loopholes, nothing. Just a check in the mail. Totally blew my mind. I would definitely recommend them, and I highly recommend you get the insurance as soon as possible, especially if you have an accident prone dog.
