Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

My dog had pancreatitis before she was insured. This is a very specific diagnosis. Healthy Paws has denied every claim we have sent that has had anything to do with the GI tract.

I have had Healthy Paws pet insurance for about 4 years now and it seriously has been a lifesaver. My dog developed chronic gastric problems in the past 2 years that have required multiple trips to a specialist, an endoscopy, and dental work related to his gastric disease. Healthy Paws was always there for us when we had questions about reimbursement for dental procedures we weren't sure would be covered and also acquiring the necessary paperwork to make our claims easy and convenient. It gave us peace of mind knowing we didn't have to worry about getting reimbursed for an expensive medication or whether an expensive test would be covered or not. I would recommend Healthy Paws to my friends, family, and anyone with a furry loved one.

All you have to do is take a picture of the vet bill using the app and you'll get a check in the mail within the week (you can also sign up for direct deposit). It really could not be any easier! As an emergency veterinarian and pet parent, I couldn't be more thankful for Healthy Paws insurance. My dog was a rescue. She was very ill when initially found.
