Absolutely amazing!

To anyone looking for excellent pet insurance, please look no further! This company has been amazing since the day I signed up. My dog has had extensive illnesses and major vet bills the last few years and they have paid every single claim without question. They have literally saved her life! Not only have they paid every claim, their reimbursement checks are in the mail super fast. They are the absolute best out there!

Awesome review-must read

My claim was paid out within 11 days after my dogs surgery. Everything they said they would cover they did. It was more of a hassle free task then dealing with my own health insurance. I am very impressed with their process.

Awesome Pet Insurance

If only my personal health insurance were this good! Our furbaby ate something that he could digest and required surgery. We submitted our claims to Healthy Paws who processed them in a timely manner with no hassle! They paid 90% of the cost. The customer service is excellent and, as a result we recommend them to all pet parents.

Great company, fast reimbursement

I have been with Healthy Paws since 2011. After careful research I chose them because they had great reviews. We now have two dogs that sometimes need treatment for one thing or the other. They are always available to answer all of your questions, their website is easy to navigate and their reimbursement checks come a few days after you file a claim. The Best pet insurance

My chihuahua puppy broke her metatarsal bones, fancy word for toes. I submitted the claim using the app. Easy and hassle free. Everything was done an about a week. From the proscessing the claim to reimbursement. They still continue to cover every bad age change every week. Even after my surgery reimbursement of $2500. And what really put the icing on the cake. I had a team member reach out to me personally and ask how my puppy was doing and how the surgery went.

Monthly Cost

$15 – $80, depending on breed, zip code, age of pet and choice of deductible and co-pay.

Coverage

One plan covers accidents, illnesses, cancer, emergency care, genetic conditions, alternative care and more. You can choose a co-pay of 10%, 20%, 30% or 40%. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

No per incident, annual or lifetime pay-out limit.

Deductible

You can choose an annual deductible of $250, $500 or $750* *Choice depends on age of the pet

Age Limits

Pets must be at least 8 weeks old and under 14 years old at time of enrollment. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

Coverage begins 15 days after your policy starts. There is a 12-month waiting period for hip dysplasia claims.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered, however hip dysplasia is only covered in pets who enroll before they are 6 years old.
