Thanks Healthypaws!

I purchased healthypaws' insurance for both of my cats and the insurance helped me a lot when we experiencing emergency situations! The coverage are clear and responses are quick. We can take actions and treatments immediately and don't need to worry about money. It's necessary to purchase insurance for these special emergency circumstances and I highly recommend my cat furriends to consider healthypaws. Thanks!

They make the process super simple and great phone support as well as customer service.

This company made the process of filing a claim very simple to do. Also had excellent customer phone support when inquiring about my claim status. Just wish they would make a higher payout available (higher than 60%) as an option for senior dogs.

Best experience; better than I could have ever imagined!

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance was incredible to work with. I was amazed at everything they covered and the claims process was so incredibly simple. Although our dog has recently passed, there is no doubt that we will get another pup and when we do, we will use Healthy Paws again.

Monthly Cost

$15 – $80, depending on breed, zip code, age of pet and choice of deductible and co-pay.

Coverage

One plan covers accidents, illnesses, cancer, emergency care, genetic conditions, alternative care and more. You can choose a co-pay of 10%, 20%, 30% or 40%. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

No per incident, annual or lifetime pay-out limit.

Deductible

You can choose an annual deductible of $250, $500 or $750* *Choice depends on age of the pet

Age Limits

Pets must be at least 8 weeks old and under 14 years old at time of enrollment. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

Coverage begins 15 days after your policy starts. There is a 12-month waiting period for hip dysplasia claims.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered, however hip dysplasia is only covered in pets who enroll before they are 6 years old.
