Coverage exactly as advertised. No hidden costs. Very prompt reimbursement. Helpful and caring customer service. A very good plan should you run into an expensive or extensive medical issue with your pet. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, I had place my first claim through Healthy Paws after my dog tore his cranial cruciate ligament. Since he's a younger, large, athletic dog, the TPLO surgery was going to be necessary and it is not cheap. Working with Healthy Paws couldn't have been easier. Prior to the surgery, I called them up and told them the news. They asked me to submit the estimate and medical records, which was very easy to do. They looked over everything right then and there and had everything arranged for payment within a day. They even worked directly with my veterinarian's office to pay them directly, so I only had to cover my coinsurance. To make things better, they're always friendly, empathetic and genuine when contacting them. I cannot thank Healthy Paws enough for making the process as easy and stress-free as possible. It allowed me to focus on Quattro's surgery and recovery. He's two weeks post-op and doing awesome!

I chose Healthy Paws pet insurance for our dog because they had very comprehensive coverage at a great price. You hope you never have to use it, but we did. Healthy Paws came through for us when our dog had to go to the emergency vet and had to have several expensive tests run. It was easy to file claims and they reimbursed quickly. We wouldn't have been able to get our dog this care if we didn't have the insurance. I've been recommending them to every pet owner I know.

People joke about dogs being our best friends, but truly she is. She waits by the door every morning to go to work with me. The other dogs run to the kitchen for food, but not her she just patiently sits by the door waiting to go with me. I have no idea why. Im not ussually popular with some people, Ive never been a natural beauty, but to her, I'm her world. It breaks my heart and everything in me to watch her go through this. I know Ill never be the same without her....She has been probably the best part of my life. Thank you for everyday you have given me with her.
