Healthy Paws cares for my dog and me, it’s more impressive than my human insurance!

I am beyond satisfied and grateful for this pet insurance. They have come through for me whenever I have had a health issue with my dog. The claims process is quick and easy to navigate and I always get paid out quickly . The customer service reps are kind and friendly. This insurance is outstanding I always recommend to my friends. Even those without pets - that’s how impressive they are! So glad I did my research and picked Healthy Paws for my beloved pooch!

So happy with healthy paws!

Our pug swallowed a toy and wound up in the emergency room for a week! A few inches of the small intestine removed. We would not have been able to do the surgery without the help from Healthy Paws! They cover the full 80% and sent us a check and less than a week :-)

They’re Pawsome!

Awesome company! Love how easy the claims process is and they pay quickly. They follow up with us on how our dog is doing after some medical procedures. Love healthy Paws! Highly recommend!

Monthly Cost

$15 – $80, depending on breed, zip code, age of pet and choice of deductible and co-pay.

Coverage

One plan covers accidents, illnesses, cancer, emergency care, genetic conditions, alternative care and more. You can choose a co-pay of 10%, 20%, 30% or 40%. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

No per incident, annual or lifetime pay-out limit.

Deductible

You can choose an annual deductible of $250, $500 or $750* *Choice depends on age of the pet

Age Limits

Pets must be at least 8 weeks old and under 14 years old at time of enrollment. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

Coverage begins 15 days after your policy starts. There is a 12-month waiting period for hip dysplasia claims.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered, however hip dysplasia is only covered in pets who enroll before they are 6 years old.
