Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

Our dog Sam (now 11 years old) has been unfortunate to suffer from several health conditions that have required ongoing and at times very costly veterinary/emergency care. Since we enrolled with Healthy Paws more than 6 years ago they have never denied a claim (at this point totaling tens of thousands of dollars) and have been steadfast in their continuing support. Our dog would not be here today without Healthy Paws and we are humbled and beyond thankful for everything they have done and continue to do.

Long review but well worth the read!! The BEST decision I ever made was to insure my Havanese with Healthy Paws. I shopped for months before Jesse came to me. I don't even think Jesse was born yet while I was shopping :)! I knew my best bud would have health insurance. Like yourself, I read my share of Health Insurance policy's and their reviews, some policy's where difficult to understand, I felt I was reading the same thing over and over. I wanted to be sure I found the right Insurance company to insure Jesse's health through his years, I'm compulsive my nature so it had to be the best! When I did my research with Healthy Paws I found it easy to understand their policy, great reviews, and their customer service help walk me through my questions with patience and kindness, that goes a long way with me!! Everyone in Healthy Paws are Awesome!!! I appreciate all they do to help me help my Jesse!! They are always there every time no matter with no question's ask long as you are within one of the great plans they offer. Just pick out the one that works for you. I have been a client since 2011, through the years, starting with customer service, they are always there when I need a shoulder, they are there with sincere concern and comfort. I have been with Healthy Paws for many years and just love them. It is easy to file a claim and reimbursement comes within 5 days sometimes sooner. They cover a lot. Nothing feels better than getting a vet bill for $5200 and know that 90% of it will be covered by your insurance minus deductable. They are extremely helpful in every respect. I wouldn't have any other insurance company.

Highly recommend healthy paws. I’ve been a client for eight years and claims are always processed very quickly and Very easily through the mobile app I even received an email for them today asking me how my dog is doing based on some recent claim activity that I had submitted

Was recommended by a friend and co-worker. Easy to sign up, claims can be done with app. on your phone. Prompt responses, status updates and claims paid quickly. Between a surgery and two ER visits year it would have been tough without the insurance.
