LOVE LOVE LOVE

I enrolled my puppy around 6 months of age, and it was hands down the BEST decision I had ever made. At just shy of the age of two, what we thought was an ACL/CCL tear was soon discovered to be severe hip dysplasia, in both hips, but needing just about immediate attention on the right hip. My almost two year old pup required a total hip replacement . Luckily enough, Healthy Paws covered hip dysplasia, and covered 80% of what would have been an almost $8,000 bill for me. They made it so beyond easy on my end. The made a pre-authorized same-day payment to my vet. My vet called and handled everything from there. They covered all additional related expenses. Again, little did anyone expect, but within 8 months of having a total hip replacement, my dog had popped his hip out, never gave any signs of pain, discomfort, until he couldn’t handle the pain anymore. Scar tissue formed a false hip socket, but eventually led to the feeling of bone-on-bone pain. Once again, my angels At Healthy Paws were there again! My dog required a hip-re-replacement and another costly surgery, and as previously done, they made a same-day payment for another $5,300 bill. I cannot express enough how thankful I am for them! My mind is always at ease knowing I don’t have to worry about my dog and medical treatment. They truly are angels. They make it so hassle free to submit a claim and they’re all extremely frienly and empathetic. Within a few days after returning home from both surgeries, Healthy Paws staff reached out to inquire about how my dog was doing. Anytime my pet comes up in conversation or I learn of someone who doesn’t have pet insurance yet or is planning on getting a dog, I ALWAYS brag about Healthy Paws and urge them to inquire! Even my vet said they’ve never had pet insurance companies make same day payments like Healthy Paws did. At this most recent visit, I could see other pet parents in the waiting room listening in on my conversation regarding my vet bill and what the pet insurance company covered on the same day! So all in all, I am an EXTREMELY happy Healthy Paws client and they have myself and my pup for LIFE! No lifetime or annual maximums, and no premium increases for submission of claims. What’s better than that piece of mind?!

I have been very happy with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance.

I actually have my 2 youngest dogs insured with Healthy Paws...a 2 1/2 year old dalmatian and a 1 1/2 year old border terrier. I have been very grateful to have this insurance with my dalmatian; my only regret is that I waited until she was over a year and already had some pre-existing conditions. That being said, she has had some issues pop up that it has been very helpful to have had her insured. Healthy Paws customer service is great...they really seem to care about my pets...and it's quite easy to file a claim. I have been very happy with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance and would highly recommend it...just do it sooner than I did!

Healthy Paws is amazing.

I don't know where I would be if I hadn't signed up for Healthy Paws insurance. At 5, Tucker, my French Bulldog was diagnosed with Cushing's Disease -- a manageable, but incredibly costly (and nerve wracking disease). The team at Healthy Paws - ESPECIALLY Brian Peterson (this dude goes above and beyond the call of his role - I've never seen anything quite like it) was there for me every step of the way. I won't sugarcoat - it's not easy dealing with insurance companies, filing claims, waiting to get paid, etc -- but HP went above and beyond to answer my questions and help me navigate their system & get more familiar with their processes. They had amazing customer service both via email + on the phone (for both easy conversations & not-so-easy conversations). I can't say enough about Healthy Paws. I am so lucky/thankful that they were the insurance company that I picked for my little guy. HIGHLY recommend.

They were very quick in processing my claim and getting my reimbursement issued. It's always easy to get my questions answered by phone as well. Finally, they sent me a really sweet email checking on my dog after my surgery. I am very happy with my healthy paws experience and am happy I selected them for my pet insurance.

Awesome service, caring staff

My poor puppy has been thru the ringer - bit on the face at 10 weeks, and tearing both CCL's before she was 2 1/2 years old. That's a lot of surgeries and a lot of expenses! Healthy Paws is so fast at getting my reimbursements back, and all my correspondences with the staff have been great - they seem to really love pets and care about the health of my dog. She was able to get the physical therapy she needed, it was affordable for me, and we are back on the hiking trail!
